Ingredients:
- Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins OR Flat bread (that's what I use for mine)
- Pesto
- Raw, washed broccoli crowns (any other fresh veggie is great, this is what i had on hand at the end of the week)
- Parmesan cheese (freshly shredded is better, but use what you have!)
- Pre heat oven to 400
- Cut broccoli into small pieces
- Spread desired amount of pesto over sandwich thins or flat bread
- top with broccoli and add small amount of parmesan cheese
- Bake for 6-10 minutes
- Remove from oven and cool for several minutes before serving, ENJOY :)
